Kenya 2010 World Cup Gears Up as a stopover attraction

There is no event like the World Cup. All the others, the Olympics, world athletics championship, continental soccer derbies may come close, but no one ever gets there all. The World Cup is in a class by itself.

For the first time the 32 nations football tournament will be held in Africa. South Africa is the host country, and new football facilities and the improvement of the existing out lie that can be guaranteed up to the land isready to host the world.

Kenya is known as a lively destination. There are excellent accommodations in Kenya, which has been used over the years by millions of touriststo visit the many attractions of the country. The media is colorful. In fact, apart from South Africa, Kenya is the only other country in Africa, south of the Sahara, where the Internet and mobile phone can also be found in the most distant malls.

Football stars have it easy here. In fact, the top African football teams prefer Nairobi as their first choice training ground. The indomitable Lions of Cameroon and the Flying Eagles of Nigeria have in bearings in thelast two years in Kenya.

Apart from the main stadiums, there are institutions that are excellent training grounds for the teams that could provide for privacy. The football World Cup in Africa to be line for South Africa, but in Kenya and the East African region are already beginning to prepare for the biggest event ever come.
